To make a purchase:
Look through our shoe, bag and belt collections, choose the items you'd like to purchase and add them to your basket. On completion, click "check-out" and follow the instructions which will enable us to process your order.
We accept debit and most major credit cards including Visa, Switch, Delta, Solo, Visa Electron and American Express. We can also process your order by 'phone (Tuesday to Saturday 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.) or alternatively you can send us a cheque.
Your credit card details are encrypted using the latest software. Our partner is Barclays e-Commerce Merchant Services, one of the most respected operators of e-payment systems.
Delivery:
The Italian House currently delivers to the U.K. For enquiries and deliveries outside the U.K., please e-mail us at info@the-italian-house.com and we will advise you regarding postal rates.
We deliver within the U.K. using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Business Post and we aim to deliver within 2-4 working days from receipt of payment. We will, of course, e-mail you once your order has been despatched. If there is a delay, you will be advised immediately.
You will have to sign for each delivery to confirm receipt. Once you have signed, responsibility then passes to you.
The delivery charge is £6.50 regardless of the number of items ordered. However, all items will have to be sent to the same delivery address.
Returns:
If you wish to return an item(s), for whatever reason, please inform us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt. Please follow these instructions:-
1. Complete the enclosed return form to enable us to process your refund (Less our postage charges).
2. Use the enclosed label with our address when returning the goods. Postage for the returned item(s) has to be paid for by you, the customer.
3. When returning the goods, we recommend that you arrange to send them back to us by registered/recorded post. For peace of mind, retain proof of postage as we will not be responsible for goods lost in transit. Please note that we will only accept return item(s) if they are unused and in their original packaging.
4. On receipt of the goods at our returns department, we will endeavour to process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds have to be made to the original card holder. Once completed, we will advise you immediately by e-mail. This will enable you to re-order an alternative sized item or different product.
